The Towards Better Insider represents the Free-to-Access version of the Profit x Purpose methodology.

Each week, I will continue to share short-form insights and practical tips from the methodology, along with more case studies.

Accessing the Full Methodology

There’s also two ways to access the full methodology, and one of them — which I am most excited about — has taken me a while to figure out…

Firstly, there is a Full Service version of the methodology, which looks like traditional consultancy: I provide hands-on, 1-2-1 support, guiding leadership teams through the frameworks and implementation.

This is where you can achieve really exceptional results, and is especially worth considering if you have an exit on the horizon.

(One of the future newsletters will explain how ESG can increase valuation in the lead-up to an exit — if you’d like to learn more about this sooner, let me know)

But There Was a Problem…

I can only work with a few companies at a time on this basis, so have to be very selective with the Full Service version.

But there are so many more companies I’d love to support, and help them unlock the benefits of the methodology:

> implement ESG more effectively,

> create more positive impact, AND

> achieve measurable improvements in financial performance

So I wanted to develop a ‘hybrid’ version of the methodology, where my time is not limiting the number of companies that I can help.

Enter the Fellowship

This includes videos of me presenting key concepts and frameworks, plus downloadable templates and toolkits.

I’ll be hosting weekly webinars where we can dive into the detail on certain topics, answer questions and discuss best practice.

This also provides the opportunity to bring together a community of leaders at mission-driven companies, where we can share advice, feedback and success stories — and discuss common challenges and points of interest.

Here’s the Best Bit

And the big advantage of the digital Fellowship is that it allows me to reduce the price significantly (around 10x lower than the Full Service option).

This means I’ll be able to support more early-stage companies and social enterprises — in addition to established businesses that would like to trial the methodology before committing to the Full Service option.
