#28 NEW Tool, for Insiders Only
The Purpose Statement Builder GPT
I've been having a lot of fun creating new tools with AI recently - what I'm sharing today is just the first.
The ones I'm currently working on will enable any business to identify how social and environmental impact can improve performance, and quantify the financial upside - just by plugging in a few simple numbers.
That's the mechanics of my work - how I help companies turn positive impact into positive financial returns.
But for that to be successful, you have to go back a couple of steps first.
The real magic lies in creating a shared sense of purpose that everyone across the organisation feels connected to.
It's the most powerful way to boost performance, and make your company more impactful.

Without embedding a clear purpose, sustainability and social impact feel like tick box exercises - they're easily deprioritised and poorly implemented.
Many previous editions have detailed the importance of purpose and how it can drive outperformance; how it differs from vision and mission; and how an expertly crafted purpose statement can win hearts and minds.
So I decided to combine all of this into my very own GPT.
I have trained it on proven frameworks from the likes of McKinsey and Harvard Business Review.
And I have tested it out on a handful of companies already.
The results are incredible.
No one else has had access to this tool - until now.
It will guide you through 3 simple steps, and can be completed within a few minutes.
Although if you have a bit more time you'll get much better results.
You can access it at the link below:
Please share any feedback with me - I'd love to know your thoughts.
Have fun!
